AQUAFABA | For those of you who are VEGAN, and miss having egg whites in your cocktails, there is an alternative. I've heard about Aquafaba it, but never got to experiment with it. Aquafaba is the slightly vicous liquid found in canned garbanzo beans and it’s a magical ingredient that can be used as a vegan egg replacer in baking. "Aqua" and "faba" literally translate to "water" and "bean".

BEET ROOT| Beetroots, commonly known as beets, are a popular root vegetable used in many cuisines around the world.

Beets are packed with essential vitamins, minerals and plant compounds, some of which have medicinal properties. Learn the 9 benefits of beet root here.

Swoon creates beverages that reflect your favorite flavors by combining a love for the classics with a commitment to plant-based ingredients, delivering delicious, refreshing drinks that always taste great. Unlike other zero sugar drinks, Swoon doesn’t use artificial sweeteners or ingredients to achieve great taste. It actually comes from Monk Fruit. Monk fruit is a melon native to Southeast Asia that has natural sweetness, but doesn’t contain any of the calories or carbs that sugar does. Monk fruit was originally cultivated by monks in China hundreds of years ago. It grows on a vine (Swoon's is hand picked) and is high in antioxidants. The monk fruit they use is GMO-free, too.

The process is simple: crush the monk fruit to release its juice, infuse it in hot water and filter it to create a clear, sweet juice.
