Return Policy 
At Shanti Creations, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We do not allow returns, although we understand it is hard to decide on a scent before hand, please try our sample scents first to ensure you will love your candle. We suggest regifting your candle if the scent doesn't match your scent profile!
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Shanti Creations within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@shanticreationsnyc.com and we will get you a replacement candle.

Missing Packages
Once a package is in the care of the mail carrier, Shanti Creations is no longer responsible for the package. If a package is marked as delivered but you are unable to find it you must reach out to your local USPS to assist with finding said package. We are unable to do anything on our end. Most likely the carrier will ask for you to submit a claim. We are more than happy to assist with any information that is needed from us in submitting the claim.
